Location, location, location proves true for JBH - The Content Agency as they search for the UK’s best digital PR talent to work at the award-winning agency.
Although JBH didn’t need the help of Kirstie or Phil, they did need to invest in a second office in Manchester to enable them to attract the best talent.
With their headquarters situated in Northampton, JBH struggled to recruit digital PR professionals due to the bright lights of London attracting the top talent. Rather than continue with this struggle, they decided to ‘look North’ to make life easier for themselves and go where the talent is.
JBH did consider opening an office in London, but with rent, salaries and recruitment being so competitive, Manchester just seemed like the natural solution.
Jane Hunt, Co-founder of JBH explains more about the decision to move their digital PR offering up north.

Searching for office space also fell into place, as the agency fell in love with the history and architectural charm of Jactin House, Cutting Room Square located in the regeneration and conservation area of Ancoats Urban Village.
The agency has big plans for the office, aiming to scale the team quickly in order to meet the demand for their digital PR service. JBH will be using their existing Manchester network to find talented digital PR professionals and hope that the new Journalism and PR degree course, recently announced at Salford University will help them recruit the right people in the future.
