MediaCityUK based Phoenix Digital have completed a major website build for electrical retail brand Bush, designed to simplify and enhance the after-sales customer journey.
The site has been launched to support customers post-purchase, providing them with one central hub to download manuals, seek assistance, view richer content and chat to support agents through the integrated live chat platform.
In a direct response for a more streamlined user experience, Phoenix Digital designed and built a dedicated, responsive customer support website for all 475 Bush branded products.
Key features include:
- Support contact options (telephone/email/live chat)
- Support content (video’s/interactive guides/manuals/FAQ’s)
- Links through to purchase the product (should users come across the site in a ‘pre-purchase’ capacity
- Registration of product/purchase for enhanced protection.
