Specialist User Experience and Conversion Optimisation agency PRWD, has appointed Nicole Prior as Optimisation Strategist as part of a 6 strong team to support their growing client base which includes Lakeland, Schuh, The North Face, The Student Room Group and Harveys.
Prior joins PRWD following four years at AO.com where she helped introduce testing into the organisation and built an in-house testing team, delivering strong results for the business now valued at £1.6bn. While at AO.com Nicole was responsible for managing testing roadmaps for the cross device ecommerce experience in an agile environment.
The agency based in central Manchester also plans to take over a larger central office premises next month as part of their expansion plans in Manchester.
The agency celebrates its 10 birthday this year as well as winning an international WhichTestWon 2014 award and being named finalists in the “Most Dramatic Business Impact” category for an Optie Award for work with their client, The Student Room Group.
