Studio Mashbo Launch Console Campaign for Shop Direct

Very.co.uk launch their latest online campaign, “Which console are you?” (http://www.very.co.uk/xbox-one-versus-playstation-4), a full screen linkable asset was designed to showcase the powers and differences between Sony's Playstation 4 and Microsoft's XBox One.

The new campaign developed by digital agency Studio Mashbo has seen Very.co.uk switching to a full-screen user experience for the first time to promote the world's two leading games consoles.

The interactive infographic has been developed to attract a new audience to the Very.co.uk brand, whilst giving visitors an insight to the key features that both consoles offer, along with some interesting stats and figures related the history of the devices.

Studio Mashbo managing director Gavin Sherratt commented - “Working along side Very.co.uk has allowed us to work with two massive global brands – Microsoft and Sony - whilst also continuing our relationship with Shop Direct, following our previous project, the 'Periodic Table of Ladies Dresses'.

Whilst planing the project we were pleased that Shop Direct allowed us to break away from their traditional online framework and go full screen.”

Shop Direct SEO Technical Lead Stefan Mustieles also commented “The new 'Which console are you?' linkable asset is a key part of our customer engagement strategy as part of Shop Direct's continued growth as one of the UK's leading online retainers.

Studio Mashbo pitched the concept to the Very.co.uk team as a part of our ongoing digital consultancy agreement. This allows us as a business to bring some outside ideas and creative approaches to position our brand - and the brands of partners like Microsoft and Sony - in different ways to engage our customers.”

Shop Direct and Studio Mashbo will also be working on a number new concepts in 2015 as a part of their on going consultancy agreement.
