The Manchester-based firm is opening three more data centres at Trafford Park this month, taking its investment there to more than £14m.
Founder Lawrence Jones said he has been offered a £25m facility from two lenders as he looks to increase UKFast's data centre operations.
The firm, which has 170 staff, is on track to achieve record revenues of more than £20m this year, with underlying profits expected to double from last year's £5m.
It started its move into data centres in 2011 and has facilities at Manchester Science Parks as well as at Trafford Park.
