Manchester based company Intechnica, who improve web app performance and develop bespoke applications, will next week launch a series of webinars focused on the importance of the end user experience to businesses in online retail.
The first webinar, highlighting the elements that contribute to the difficulty businesses have in ensuring a high quality experience for end users, will be taking place on Thursday 31st May at 11:00 BST.
The series will be hosted by Intechnica consultant Larry Haig, who has over 20 years of experience helping retail businesses. During his career, Larry has gained experience with both Corporate Vendors [including IBM & Compuware], leading development and Consultancy organisations [NetInfo, Intechnica],and spent almost a decade as an independent business strategy and performance Consultant.
The series will continue with a follow up webinar in June before a third and fourth instalment over the course of the summer.
