BLISS was appointed by Watson Moore in May to redesign the finance recruitment specialistsą website to improve usability, functionality and brand communication for both potential clients and candidates in the job market.
The new website has seen continued success since its launch in October and is aiding the growth of business which has just opened its third office in London.
The website has an innovative job search and filter feature, allowing candidates to find exactly the role theyąre looking for. Candidates can also receive notifications when new relevant jobs are added online.
Behind the scenes, administration is managed by an automated workflow system, which frees up agentsą time to spend with clients and candidates, further improving the business service. The responsive site design ensures
that it works well across all kinds of technology and screen sizes keeping user experience at the heart of the design for all who visit.
