- Allow listeners to hear and learn from the experts and innovators that are shaping the industry
- Share what knowledge we have and help to keep the region connected
- Encourage discussion, debate and action that will improve our ecosystem
- Improving the connection that we have with our members by involving them in the conversation and providing new content

On the podcast, you can hear Katie Gallagher discuss the latest news from across the region with Alison Ross of Auto Trader, before Alison discusses what steps Auto Trader have taken to diversify their workforce, and how diversity is approached in the region.
