The Innovation Retreat is a project to support businesses to develop an action plan for the launch of a current new product idea/concept.
By enabling adoption of a lean innovation process, we will help you to:
- Develop your value proposition.
- Identify the early market.
- Develop/plan Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi Prototypes.
- Develop a strategy for market testing.
- Understand the GM Ecosystem and the support you can access.
- Develop a network of 'innovation active' peers
This is delivered via 2 half-day workshops that sandwich a 2-day residential retreat. The project is delivered and funded in partnership with the Growth Company, and is fully funded (no cost).
Places are very, very limited, if you are a GM-based SME and currently working on a new product then this could be what you need to accelerate your plans.
Eligibility:
*Greater Manchester SME
*Sector/Cluster: Net Zero, Digital & Creative, Health,/life Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing.
* Innovating in one of these tech families: AI, Data, Advanced Computing, Sustainable Advanced Materials or Diagnostics/Genomics.
