Manchester is holding its first hackathon to develop Slack extensions on 6/7th February at Madlab. Slack has quickly risen to be one of the top business tools to manage team information, and now has an $80M fund designed to help developers make extensions for its platform.
This hackathon will bring needs from local business’ that use Slack to developers that will build extensions to make Slack even more useful. After the two day hackathon we will announce winners for the best extension and best use of an automated service extension.
