Lancashire digital agency and hosting provider Nublue have released a range of management options for their hosting clients, with essential management services now included as standard for clients across all of their hosting platforms.
The additional services come as part of Nublue’s continued efforts to raise the standard of customer service for online businesses. The new management packages include four defined tiers of management, giving more value and support for all businesses from SMEs and independent retailers to enterprise companies requiring a more bespoke, complex management service.
Their new Standard management package has been rolled out free of charge to all hosting clients on shared and VPS hosting platforms, with a more Advanced set of management options available as standard for businesses on their Dedicated platform. The company have also introduced a further two tiers of hosting support, Premium and Enterprise, offering businesses extra out of hours services and emergency support.

Package Highlights:
Standard hosting management includes Daily Malware scans, 24/7 platform monitoring, Intrusion detection and ModSecurity capability.
In addition, Advanced hosting management includes direct server monitoring, trend analysis, Malware cleansing and proactive issue monitoring.
On top of these services, Premium hosting management includes, an out of hours systems admin service, tailored server configuration and high frequency server monitoring.
In addition to all of the above, Enterprise hosting management allows businesses to create a more bespoke management service, including extra systems admin support, hosting and platform consultations and a 24/7 on call web developer available for emergency works.
