The team completed their certifications after Nublue allowed them to incorporate the necessary coursework into their existing workload and learn during work hours. We managed to develop a system in which employees could complete the course in worktime whilst ensuring that there was always enough manpower to keep up with our ongoing agency work, which served everyone well.’
The certificates were handed out at a recent company meeting and the news is an encouraging indication of a business that understands the importance of growing and nurturing skills from within the company.
