The Behrens Group, Manchester’s longest-established textile company, has acquired a majority stake in One Day Agency. Founded in 2019, One Day Agency was highlighted as one of Prolific North’s Independent Agencies to Watch in 2023. This dynamic acquisition brings together Behrens, a sixth-generation family-owned business, and One Day Agency, co-owned with its founder and CEO, Ricardo Seixas.
One Day Agency, initially funded with £285,000, reported a turnover of £3.2 million in 2023, with nearly 50% of profits generated from international brands and markets. Following the acquisition from its original angel investor, Behrens will invest further into the agency, working closely with Ricardo to expand and evolve the agency's vision, continuing to break the industry’s traditional models.
