Pixel Kicks has been selected by Alison Handling, a premier UK supplier of eco-friendly, reusable plastic storage products, to serve as its ongoing digital partner.
This collaboration will cover a range of services including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, email marketing, and website hosting and support. Pixel Kicks will handle digital marketing for Alison Handling’s main retail operations as well as its subsidiaries, GW Containers and the e-commerce platform, Rebox Storage Solutions.
Alison Handling, based in Kirkham, Lancashire, boasts an annual revenue of £7 million and maintains one of the UK's largest selections of plastic-based storage items. Its inventory features storage boxes, trays, skips, totes, and pallets, all available from its substantial warehouse facilities.
The company primarily serves sectors such as food and catering, horticulture, entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, waste management, recycling, healthcare, and education.
Part of the PPS Group located near Uttoxeter, Alison Handling benefits from its parent company’s expertise in returnable transit packaging solutions that include rental, pooling, management, and maintenance services.
Pixel Kicks was chosen for this partnership after a competitive evaluation involving four other agencies from the North West. Alison Handling previously worked with multiple marketing providers, but this new partnership centralizes these efforts.
The upcoming strategy focuses on showcasing Alison's expertise and extensive product range, enhancing customer inquiries, forging partnerships, increasing sales, and supporting market expansion efforts. Special emphasis will be placed on promoting the e-commerce capabilities of Rebox Storage Solutions, aiming to boost both awareness and sales.
Glenn Broomfield, managing director of Alison Handling, said: “During the pitch process, it became obvious that Pixel Kicks’ mixture of creativity and technical expertise stood them apart, alongside their understanding of our business and what we want to achieve. We are looking forward to seeing their ideas come to life and benefiting commercially.”
Jamie Bray, business development manager at Pixel Kicks, added: “Alison Handling is a leader in its field, so we are delighted to now be working with them as their retained digital partner. Our focus is always on helping our clients get closer to their customers and that will be our primary aim as we support Alison Handling to achieve their goals.”
