The agency was appointed in April. As well as the site launch, the team has also been given a wider and ongoing brief covering paid social and PPC activity.
Other Pixel Kicks medical sector clients include Doctors Association UK, Crystal Health Group, Rathin Med, and Harley Street Hearing.
Phoenix Health was founded in 2012 by Professor David Kerrigan who is a former president of the British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society. The company is a highly specialised provider of weight loss surgery - both to the private healthcare sector and to the NHS. It treats over 700 patients a year and operates across eight locations in the UK.
The new Phoenix Health website is now a central hub for patients with a clear user journey, encompassing what treatments are available, the aftercare that is on offer as well as transparent pricing, details on flexible payment options and a useful FAQ section. The core aims are to deliver high quality patient leads and to improve brand awareness.
The social media campaign will initially be focused on Facebook and Instagram with TikTok also being adopted over the coming months.
Historically, Phoenix Health has used multiple agencies for different marketing requirements, so this is the first time everything has been brought under one roof. It means Pixel Kicks now has full oversight of all strategic, creative and digital elements.
Chris Buckley – MD of Pixel Kicks – said: “Over the past few years, our expertise in the medical sector has got stronger and stronger. Winning the initial website brief was a huge achievement but expanding the brief really does reflect how our teams collaborate and add commercial value to our clients.”
Daniel Brown – CEO at Phoenix Health – added: “We knew working with one digital marketing agency was the right thing for us and it quickly became apparent that Pixel Kicks was our ideal partner. The new site is a perfect blend of functionality, ease of use and first-class design. I’m sure it, and the wider campaign, will help us to attract more patients and solidify our reputation in the healthcare community.”
