B2B PR and communications agency Skout has recently appointed two new junior account executives, Jack Snell and Honor Williamson, as it continues its steady growth in 2023.
Both Jack and Honor join the agency during an exciting period following Skout’s move to 100% employee ownership, following the appointment of a new senior account manager earlier this year.
Before joining Skout, Jack, who has a Public Relations with Journalism degree from Leeds Beckett University, previously worked with specialist construction marketing agency, Harris Creative. His experience will be used to support Skout’s built environment team on clients that include Assent, alongside others.
Commenting on his appointment, Jack said: “I’m delighted to be joining an agency that truly cares about its staff, shown by its recent commitment to becoming 100% employee-owned. I can’t wait to work alongside Skout’s brilliant B2B built-environment clients to achieve some great results. Being from Cheshire myself, it’s great to be at an agency that’s close to home where I can really understand the team and the culture.”
Honor Williamson joins Skout after completing her degree in Media, Communications and Cultural Studies at Newcastle University and gaining experience in PR at her previous agency, Roland Dransfield.
She adds, “I’m thrilled to be joining such a dedicated agency with an impressive portfolio of B2B clients. I’m looking forward to working with the remarkable team at Skout to expand my skills within PR and marketing. I can’t wait to apply my PR knowledge within a dynamic environment alongside a fantastic team.”
Skout’s managing director, Rob Skinner said: “We’re delighted to have added Jack and Honor to the team to continue what has been a great year for us. They both bring great B2B experience, and we’re excited for them to build their skills and provide meaningful results for our clients. It’s an exciting time to be a part of the Skout team following our recent announcement of becoming an 100% employee-owned business, and we’re really looking forward to seeing how the company progresses into 2024.”
Skout’s recruitment push reinforces its award-winning work. In its thirteenth year, Skout proudly holds a diverse clientele, both longstanding and recently acquired, with a focus on sectors such as tech, manufacturing, human resources, construction, and financial services.
