UK tech consultancy Softwire named best company to work for in the North West 2024 as well as best technology company to work for in the UK 2024.
The results follow the 2024 b-Heard engagement survey, which surveyed employees between 1st October 2023 and 30th September 2024.
Thomas Ward, Head of Softwire's Manchester office, said: "I'm so pleased. The team here is brilliant, and even as it grows and changes, it feels like it just keeps getting better."
"We opened our Manchester office shortly before covid so those early years had their bumps. But we've since moved into our Hilton Street office and we've really settled in now. At nearly 50 staff and growing, our Manchester team is bigger and stronger than it's ever been."
Softwire is a UK-based tech consultancy that works with clients like the BBC, TfGM and RSA. It's services include software engineering, customer experience, and data and AI.
