Tribe Comms, the Cheshire-based insight & communications agency, has been appointed by global fintech solutions provider eMcREY, to create a new training academy in the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
The project involves Tribe writing and producing a comprehensive suite of banking and technology course content and training modules that will be delivered via a blended learning experience in the classroom and across an elearning platform. All the leading Saudi Arabian banks are being invited to nominate employees to attend the eMcREY Academy and learn about topics including Payments, Settlement and Reconciliation, Cybersecurity, eWallets, Business Analysis and Software Configuration.
As well as producing all the course content, elearning and marketing materials, Tribe are responsible for the design and interior layout and branding of the Academy and its adjoining eMcREY headquarters in Riyadh, working with the local architectural practice and furniture supplier.
The eMcREY Academy is the client’s response to the KSA Vision 2030, which in part aims to upskill Saudi nationals in key industry sectors in a move to diversify and modernise the national economy and workforce.
eMcREY is a technology provider to the financial services, energy, transport and health industries, with offices around the globe. Its fintech solutions power the Saudi banking sector and work in tandem with payment technologies from the likes of Oracle, Visa and Mastercard.
Commenting on the project win, Gareth Jones, MD at Tribe Comms said:
“We have a deep understanding of the financial services sector and the technologies involved, with two of our directors having previously held senior in-house roles within fintech businesses. This is a fascinating project that is helping to shape the future of the Saudi banking sector, whilst enabling us to apply our full range of knowledge and skills in research, strategy, creative and production.
